We have 2 bedroom apartments that accommodate a maximum of 4 people available for the duration of the 2011 Rugby World Cup.

• 7 nights minimum stay NZD650 per night  Deposit of 50% required to secure booking
  10% Discount is offered if paid in full = NZD 4095 in total
   

• 14-20 nights NZD600 per night  Deposit of 50% required to secure booking
  10% Discount is offered if paid in full = NZD 540 per night
   

• 21-30 nights NZD560 per night  Deposit of 50% required to secure booking
  10% Discount is offered if paid in full = NZD 504 per night

Deposits: A non refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note only Visa and MasterCard credit card payments accepted as per the Confirm Your Booking Page on our web site.

10% discount is offered for bookings paid in full at the time of booking.

Payment: You may pay by direct crediting funds to bank account 03-0104-0620415-00 or with Visa and MasterCard credit cards, payments accepted as per the Confrim Your Booking Page on our web site.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations incur a non refundable fee of 50% of the total cost. All cancellations must be in writing or email 60 days prior to arrival date otherwise the full accommodation cost will be charged. No refunds will be made should guests alter or leave before their reserved departure date.
