Cancellations and Refunds
- All cancelations must be notified in writing by e-mail 14 days prior to your arrival, a 10% booking fee will be charged to your creditcard
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival, 20% booking fee will be charged to your creditcard
- Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival, no refunds on booking.
- No refunds for early departure
